Sunset Magazine Would Like to See Your Small-Space Edible Garden

Sunset Magazine is one of my favorite gardening magazines, and their blog Fresh Dirt, is good reading as well. I definitely recommend both, especially if you live in their coverage area (from what I can tell, Hawaii to the Rocky Mountain states and everything in between).

Sunset Magazine is currently seeking photos of small space gardens and would like to hear about how you solved your space problem…

We’d love to see your solutions, especially if you’re a new gardener. Do you use big pots? Planter boxes? Hanging baskets? Email us a picture of what you’re growing, and don’t be shy—include a shot of yourself too.

If you live in California or the Southwest, send the email to Sharon at cohoons@sunset.com. If you live in the Pacific Northwest or mountain states, send it to Jim at mccauslandj@sunset.com. And if you live in Hawaii, send it to Kathy Brenzel at brenzelk@sunset.com.

We can’t wait to see your successes!

I just sent them the photo above. You can see my herb garden the iron planter and the peach tree to my left. There are also several nasturtium in there, which have edible flowers. So, get out your camera and take a photo of your vegetable/fruit/herb garden!
