You can really make your umbrella into a style statement by adding some bits of your personality to it. Using fusible hem tape or a needle and thread, you could easily add some fringe or trim the edges. And hunt around for some pretty lanters to hang inside the umbrella. Either ones meant for tea lights or battery/solar operated would be perfect!
