We’re growing radishes and cucumbers too! Ours have sprouted, I’m still waiting for the radishes to sprout.

Nothing. I don’t honestly see the point this year as I’ll be away for a chunk of time this fall. They wouldn’t get the care they’d need. Next year I hope to do a host of winter veg. For now I’ll just watch and learn :)

The pumpkin and cucumbers should be ready by early October. They were sown in late July and have been thriving. The kale is so-so and the broccoli is just ok. Hoping for the best.

KJ–Depending on where you live, you might be able to start fall seeds. Otherwise you might need to go with plants from the nursery.

*envy*

I started seed flat the beginning of August, several of the babies died while I was on vacation though :’( My garden assistant kept visiting in the evenings and they’d dry out in the late afternoon I think. Well the strongest survived anyway…

So far many fall blooms – pansies, violas and marigolds. A few edibles, a late gourd, cuc & squash. A couple of cherry peppers…

This week I will get to more of my seeding :)
