If so, you better correct this post to identify the inventor of black plants, and quite possibly the inventor of the color black and the existence of plants. I used 'Blackie' and a lime green sweet potato vine in a couple of containers this summer and had to dig them up for the winter recently. OMG, the tubers! (Of course - they're sweet potatoes!) My mom has eaten them, but I save them for the following year. This year's were HUGE. They remind me of stomachs. LOL. Lovely, as usual, Fern!
